These Terms govern use of Ideadunes websites, products, APIs, and services.

1. Acceptance

By using Ideadunes services, you agree to these Terms and applicable laws.

2. Services and Licensing

Service scope, pricing, deployment rights, source-code rights, support windows, and SLA commitments are defined in signed commercial agreements.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse services, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt operations, or use the platform for unlawful activity.

4. Intellectual Property

Pre-existing Ideadunes frameworks and materials remain ours unless assigned in writing. Client deliverables follow contract terms, including any IP transfer clauses.

5. Warranties and Availability

Services are provided on an "as available" basis unless explicit uptime/SLA terms are included in contract. We strive for reliability and rapid incident response.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ideadunes is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Aggregate liability is limited as defined in governing agreements.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate according to contract terms. Upon termination, data export and handover processes follow the agreed transition plan.

8. Governing Terms

In case of conflict, signed master agreements/SOWs override this public summary.
